I love to review diapers of work at home moms not only to help them promote their business but because they really take pride in their work and love what they do.
A while back I was contacted by Stephanie of LaLa Diapers to do a review of her pocket style diapers! Here is what she sent me:


How cute is this print?!

Stephanie makes pocket style diapers in which you add an insert into the inside for absorbency.

This particular diaper is a one size and has four size settings(which I love!). Generally the weight range is 10 to 40 pounds on her diapers. She can also make sized diapers by request. 

At the front of her diapers, she adds elastic. This is great for tummy sleepers to prevent leaks. Personally I am not a big fan of tummy elastic but hers was soft and didn't leave any red marks. The picture below is an inner picture of the tummy section of the diaper. It doesn't seem wide enough to cover without having closure issues but we had not troubles. 

 

I am sad that her tag started to fade after a few washes but otherwise the quality of her diapers was great! She has clean, smooth stitching and it looks professional. She color coordinates her snaps to match the diapers well.

Here is a bum shot. I love the way she does her elastic. It lays against baby's skin just right and doesn't leave any red marks. This is something that I am quite picky on as well. We were able to get a good fit around the waist.

I am not a huge fan of diapers that have the leg elastic similar to a BGE but these laid flat and we had no leaking. The above pic shows the outside of the leg elastic and the picture below shows the inner. The inner has the microfleece so it is nice and soft against your little ones legs.

Inner picture of the diaper. So soft! The only issue we had was finding an insert with a smaller width that fit well. My extra inserts are all BG ones and they were about half and inch too wide. Simple fix.

The opening to add an insert is wide enough that you don't have to take the insert out once wet because it will agitate out. Also a wide enough opening for Daddy to help stuff inserts! 

PUL inner. We had no issues with leaking or dampness around any of the seams. She takes pride in her work and does a great job!
