Welcome to the Newborn Series!

I am so excited to finally be able to review some adorable newborn fluff! I have a drawer full...literally of Newborn diapers just waiting to be explored. I won't officially be testing them until mid June but prior to the birth of our baby I will be doing a series introducing all the different newborn fluff that I have been saving up. I will focus on one specific diaper each Monday, showing off pictures, its features and what I think my experience will be with it. After baby arrives and I am able to use these itty bitty fluffy diapers I will then come back through and add in my actual experiences with the diapers. So to kick off the Newborn Diapers Series I will show off a little of what you get to look forward to!

I will be comparing the similarities of Charlie Banana and Fuzzibunz, both XS
I will be exploring the adorableness of the tinyfits by TotsBots.

Checking out the XS Thirsties AIO diaper (which is no longer made) as well as other Thirsties products. And sharing with you this whole DRAWER FULL of newborn Cloth Diapers! Are you excited? I know I am!

I also have Grovia, Little Bee Co. Various WAHM diapers, BumGenius XS, and a couple I made myself. Let me know in the comments below if there is a specific diaper you would like to see reviewed. I will do my best to get my hands on them!

  1. LOVE the cute stash picture! I just finished making my newborn stash, it's about 5 covers, and 25 adorable fitted diapers. My fitted diapers are upcycled from my niece's old team t-shirts. So, they are all so sweet, and we also have 2 of each (they are twins). Can't wait to start using my stash in March! Congratulations!

  2. As Beth said above, the pic of your newborn stash is so cute!! Although my son is 14 mos old, I look forward to when I can use newborn fluff on a future baby. Do you have any Rumparooz Lil' Joeys or Kissaluvs newborn AIO's? I'm curious how they will work. I'm so glad you're doing this series!!

  3. I have a two week old baby, and I've been using Lil Joeys on her and I absolutely love them. They were the best diaper I had in my stash (which was admittedly small as far as newborn diapers go) for dealing with her umbilical cord stump. We also used some old Thirsties AIOs, some newborn prefolds with bumkins covers, and some babykicks (which looked like they would work and be small enough, but were actually just too bulky to use and she did not like them). Now that her stump is off, we are also using GroVia shells with newborn prefolds. Basically, we use prefolds, Thirsties, and the Lil Joeys. But the Joeys are my absolute favorite. Definitely worth the money to me!

  4. Lindsey, I do have a Kissaluvs AIO NB diaper...its a white one. I do not have a little joey. I did have one but sold it because I was afraid it would just be to small for my bigger babies. I am going to try and get one again for this series though.
