    I couldn't select both the extra entries, so I filled out the form twice and did one, then the other, and claimed 3 entries the first time and only 1 the second- hope that's okay! Wasn't sure how to do it otherwise. :)

    I had this problem on another form as well but you cannot select both of the optional entries. I follow you on both FB and twitter. I selected twitter so I could put in my user name (my FB is already on the form) and selected 4 total entries. Hope that makes sense!

    Same thing here...can't hoose both options for the FB and twitter follows for you. I put 4 entries even though only 3 are marked. I do follow on both FB and twitter.
